Attract, Keep, and Get the Most Out of Your People! Workshop To Launch!

Having a solid management team is the most important factor that a venture capital company will look at before investing in a company.

Yet so many entrepreneurs focus only on their technology or products, forgetting the human element.

This workshop will discuss how to attract, keep, and get the most of out of your partners and employees so that you can build a company that lasts!

We will discuss 15 critical components that could make the difference between your company's ultimate success or failure.

We will also borrow winning strategies from leaders like Jack Welch and Jimmy Pattison as well as winning companies like 3M and Motorola.

Take your company to the next level by finding, bringing in and keeping the right people!

As always, we will head off to the local Starbucks after the workshop to discuss your specific questions and issues.

Power Negotiating to Close the Deal!" to Launch!

I am pleased to announce the 7th part of the "In to Win" Entrepreneur Workshop Series, "Power Negotiating to Close the Deal!" In this workshop I will discuss strategies on how to attract major partners to your company and once you're on their radar screen, how to get them to sign on the dotted line.

I've learned these lessons with my own company, Redasoft (www.redasoft.com), as well as by consulting for two Toronto companies that raise between $.5 and $5 million for entrepreneurs.

I have also borrowed wisdom from Donald Trump, Jack Welch, Bud McDougald, and many others to help give you some expert advice from some of the best deal makers in modern history.

The workshop will run from 7:00pm to 8:00pm with some questions and then, since the building closes at 8pm, we can get more into your specific issues and opportunities down the street at the local Starbucks until 9pm.

Date: Thursday, May 22, 2003
Time: 7:00-9:00 Pm
Location: TIG:42 Charles St East, in the YMCA building

Please confirm by sending e-mail to: ecarmichael@redasoft.com. Since the room might change, please make sure to e-mail me - I will send out exact information a couple days before the workshop.

See you on Thursday!

Evan.
